(LS) The gum around the lower front tooth was very fragile and had receded.
This patient found it uncomfortable to clean and remained hesitant when brushing to avoid further recession.
A free gingival graft was carried out to thicken the gum and make it more robust. Mrs S can now brush without worrying!
